Osserva Lavoro

Scandurra Studio Architettura took part in the conference for the “Osserva Lavoro Milano” project, hosted in the Sala Alessi at Palazzo Marino. The event was introduced by the Councilor for Employment Policies, Alessia Cappello, who opened a panel where key participants shared common goals and expectations.

“Osserva Lavoro” is the first project supported and promoted by a public organization focused on job shadowing, an onboarding method adopted from the Anglo-Saxon world that connects young people with professionals through an immersive, educational experience. Scandurra Studio joined the initiative as a model of inclusive practice, specifically geared toward nurturing new talent. The firm’s team members will be the best representatives of the studio’s philosophy and values, working alongside students eager to learn about the industry and observe its internal dynamics.

The parties involved were carefully selected to build a network of top-level professionals who can inspire the next generation-those who will shape the future of the city. This aligns with the goals of the “Patto Lavoro” agreement signed by many local companies, aiming to make Milan a hub for education, opportunity, and growth.

Over the upcoming months, the studio will actively welcome and engage new participants in ongoing projects, allowing them to explore the world of architecture by experiencing the inner mechanisms that drive the realization of designs. Scandurra Studio firmly believes in the importance of a hands-on, proactive approach to education, fostering a reciprocal relationship that encourages collaboration and new ideas.

As founder Alessandro Scandurra states: “An architect has a social responsibility to the younger generations, to equip them with the tools they need to understand the evolving spaces they live.”
