PROJECT MANAGER
Scandurra Studio Architettura is looking for a Project Manager to join the team, responsible for managing, planning, developing, and controlling project activities in the Milan office.
The PM is responsible for conducting, managing, and executing the project, directly reporting to the SSA Board to achieve the following objectives:
- General coordination of the project;
- Detailed planning of project activities and technical-organizational support to project leaders;
- Cost control of the project;
- Liaising with authorities and various stakeholders involved in the project;
- Keeping the SSA Board informed about the progress of the project and any issues encountered;
- Identifying necessary corrective actions during the project development in agreement with the SSA Board;
- Updating project history – project sheet – schedule and WBS in collaboration with project leaders using appropriate management software.
Requirements:
- Experience in the above-mentioned activities, particularly in residential design;
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English;
- Knowledge of the architectural market, its trends, and familiarity with regulations and approval processes for architectural/urban-scale projects;
- Familiarity with reference standards and PM methodologies;
- Experience in team management and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage tasks autonomously, including time planning and problem-solving;
- Capacity for taking responsibility for managed activities;
- Analytical skills, prioritization of tasks, and anticipating relevant issues;
- Technical knowledge of specialized components in architectural projects (preliminary analysis, civil works, finishes, plants, structures, building envelope);
- Proficiency in major design software (Revit, AutoCAD), cost estimation, and project management tools.
Education: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: At least 3-5 years in the role.
Location: Milan.
The contract and compensation will be agreed upon based on the candidate’s experience.

ARCHITECT
Scandurra Studio is looking for an Architect to join the team in Milan.
Together with the Project Leader and the team, responsible of contributing to the architectural design process, based on high quality standards and deadlines.
Main responsibilities:
- Development of architectural redesign and design projects;
- Elaboration of design concepts;
- Elaboration of technical drawings and construction details;
- Ability to handle all design levels from idea to execution;
- Collaboration with clients to understand their needs and propose innovative and effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in the mentioned activities and professional experience with BIM;
- Good knowledge of construction materials and techniques;
- Good reliability on delivering high quality drawings and documents;
- Good knowledge of Italian and English;
- Experience in team management and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage tasks autonomously, including time planning and problem-solving;
- Capacity for taking responsibility for managed activities;
- Analytical skills, prioritization of tasks, and anticipating relevant issues;

INTERN
SSA – Scandurra Studio Architettura is looking for a curricular intern to join their Milan office.
Internship activities: Support the project teams through the use of physical and digital models at various levels of detail and assist the Project Leader and Project Team in all stages of the work.
Educational purposes:
The internship aims to actively involve the intern in a dynamic and multidisciplinary work environment, offering support in the development of residential and cultural projects. The intern will be involved in all stages of the design process, including the creation of physical scale models, and will have the opportunity to interact with professionals of various seniorities and roles, collaborating with both team members and the Coordinators and Project Leaders of the studio. By preparing supporting materials for client presentations and participating in internal project reviews, the intern will also have the opportunity to develop a structured professional methodology.
Requirements:
• Strong skills in developing physical and digital 3D models;
• Good understanding of graphic plans and 3D drawings;
• Sufficient ability to critically develop the project concept and propose alternatives consistent with the physical and social context.
