PROJECT LEADER

Scandurra Studio Architettura is looking for a Project Leader to join our Milan office.

Role Description:

Working closely with the Project Manager and the design team, the Project Leader will oversee the architectural design and modeling process, ensuring alignment with the Studio’s artistic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team coordination and project scheduling;
  • Deadline management and operational coordination;
  • Client and stakeholder liaison throughout project phases.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the design of complex projects;
  • Fluent in Italian and English;
  • Strong knowledge of the architecture market, regulations, and approval processes for urban-scale projects;
  • Experience in team management and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills;
  • Technical expertise in architectural project components (preliminary analysis, civil works, finishes, structures, envelope design);
  • Proficiency in design software (Revit, AutoCAD), graphic tools, and 3D modeling.

Education: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.

Location: Milan.

Contract and compensation: To be determined based on experience.

ARCHITECT

Scandurra Studio Architettura is looking for an Architect to join our team in Milan/Turin.


Role Description:

The selected candidate will contribute to the architectural design process, ensuring adherence to deadlines and the Studio’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of renovation and new construction projects;
  • Concept design creation;
  • Preparation of technical drawings and construction details;
  • Participation in all project phases (preliminary, detailed, and executive design);
  • Collaborating with clients to develop innovative and functional architectural solutions.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in BIM and architectural design;
  • Strong knowledge of materials, construction systems, and finishes;
  • High precision in drafting technical drawings;
  • Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English;
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills;
  • Creative thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities;
  • Independence in task management, time planning, and problem resolution;
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software.

Education: Degree in Architecture or Engineering.

Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience.

Location: Milan/Turin.

INTERNSHIP

Scandurra Studio Architettura is looking for a curricular intern to join our Milan office.

Internship Activities:

  • Supporting the project team using physical and digital models;
  • Assisting in various design phases alongside the Project Leader and project team.

Learning Objectives:

The internship aims to provide hands-on experience in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment, focusing on residential and cultural projects. The intern will engage in all project phases, including physical model-making, while collaborating with senior professionals and contributing to internal project reviews and client presentations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to develop 3D models (physical and digital);
  • Understanding of architectural drawings;
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills for concept development and contextual analysis**.
